Putting Up the Tree

Yesterday, I put up our Christmas tree.
It resisted!
I was trying something a little different, so I blame myself.
It even fell over once!
I finally prevailed, and I thought,
“Maybe this is my last, who knows?”
Right. Or there may be a few more . . .
But, in the post below, I have put up a tree that will last.
It took me a long time to raise it up.
It was a lot of work, but it contains some important truths.
It is the only Christbirth Tree in existence, as far as I know.
