To write what You reveal, dear Sir
Ere long I quit this place
Your plain, Your deep, bright, words to share
As long I walk this space
In stories ripe with metaphor
In poems filled with grace
My joy will be in hearts to stir
Until I see Your face

"Mere Christianity" by C.S. Lewis. This is fundamentally what Christianity is all about.
"The Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel. Another converted atheist presents His compelling case for believing in Jesus.
"Left To Tell" by Imaculee Ilibagiza. This profound work is her own extraordinary story of endurance, discovery of the Holy Spirit, grace, healing, and an astonishingly compelling account of the necessity for forgiveness.
"The Circle" 4-book series by Ted Dekker.
A man is the bridge between two very different worlds. Sound familiar? Can he save both? This T.D. work is brilliant in my book.
"This Present Darkness" and "Piercing the Darkness" by Frank E. Peretti. Tales of spiritual warfare from a unique perspective. Stirred a small controversy, but sold millions. What are we Christians afraid of? Hey, it's fiction!

Did you write this, Len? This is great! 🙂
I’ve been wanting to stop by here forever, and I finally got the chance today! I will do my best to stop by more often.

I humbly admit it, thanks so much, Lizzie! Sorry to take so long to reply, I’ve been away climbing a little 14,259 ft. mountain called Long’s Peak.
Now there is a whole study on fear in itself! But, through the help of the Holy Spirit, I actually had very little even though in some places a misstep, a trip or a slip could have sent me hundreds of feet into the rocks below. I could have “dashed my foot” but all was well and I summited. See pics on my facebook. Thanks for visiting, Sis! 😀 (I’ll be visiting you soon too).

Thank you, Jane. Sometimes I doubt myself, then an encourager like you comes along. 😀 Is that a typical “writer thing”?
BTW, would you revisit that post? The picture somehow got blown up bigger than I intended. I fixed it. Much better now.
Very deep picture….
You keep working your posting magic as well! You’re welcome!
